Before real estate, Zac built his career in fine dining kitchens, where timing, precision, and service defined success. He later supplied specialty ingredients to restaurants across Seattle, traveling from Ballard and Queen Anne to Capitol Hill and West Seattle. Those experiences gave him an intimate understanding of the city’s neighborhoods and the rhythm of its communities. Today, Zac applies that same commitment to quality and care to his real estate business with Coldwell Banker Bain. His approach blends hospitality and structure — detailed timelines, clear communication, and thoughtful strategy — so clients always know what to expect. He is known for making complex processes feel simple and for treating every transaction with focus and integrity.
Zac’s work has earned him recognition as Coldwell Banker Bain Lake Union’s 2023 Rookie of the Year and as a member of the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society, which honors the top percentage of agents worldwide. As an active member of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, Zac is passionate about inclusion and equitable access to homeownership throughout Seattle’s diverse communities. Outside of real estate, Zac stays active in local volleyball leagues, explores Seattle’s restaurant scene, and enjoys connecting with his community. He and his husband are preparing to grow their family through adoption — a personal reminder of why home truly matters.
